Information we process

How information is used

We use this information to operate your account, authenticate access, verify wallet ownership, maintain account and transaction records, process service requests, administer referrals, respond to support and privacy requests, and investigate errors or misuse.

Providers and external services

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide backend hosting and database services. Namecheap Private Email handles account and support emails. Reown/WalletConnect and your chosen external wallet support wallet connections. Blockchain RPC services process address and transaction queries. These services receive the information needed for the functions you use; their own notices also explain their processing.

Information may be disclosed when necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation or investigate fraud or security incidents. Choosing to share a referral code or other information through another app sends that information to the destination you select.

Wallet credentials and biometrics

The external-wallet binding flow asks your wallet to sign an ownership message; it does not ask you to submit a recovery phrase or private key. Never send these credentials to support. If you enable biometric authentication, the device operating system performs the check and returns its result. The app does not receive fingerprint images or facial templates from that check.

Local storage and security

The app stores session information, wallet connection sessions, preferences and saved items on your device. The production service uses HTTPS for its API connection. Protect access to your device and account. No online service can guarantee complete security.

International processing

The service database is hosted in Google's us-central1 region in the United States. Our providers may process information in other countries. Contact support if you need information about processing relevant to your location.

Retention and account deletion

Account information is retained while your account is in use or a deletion request is being processed. You can request deletion from Profile → Delete account in the app, or use our account deletion page without reinstalling the app.

Deletion requests are reviewed by support, rather than instantly erasing your account. After ownership is verified and the request is fulfilled, the account profile, authentication records, linked wallet records, preferences, saved items and associated service records are removed from the active service. Request records are removed when processing is complete.

If an unsettled balance, pending transaction or dispute requires records to remain while it is resolved, support will explain which records are needed and the applicable retention criteria. A deletion request does not automatically transfer, waive or forfeit funds. If a specific legal obligation requires longer retention, support will explain the applicable reason and duration. Provider logs, backups and support correspondence are handled through the relevant provider's retention and deletion process.

Transactions already recorded on a public blockchain cannot be erased by deleting an Autotrade account. Public blockchain records are separate from the off-chain account data controlled by this service.

Your choices

You can update supported profile fields in the app, disconnect an external wallet, change supported preferences, and request access, correction or deletion through support. We may ask you to demonstrate control of your account before disclosing or deleting account information. We do not need your wallet recovery phrase or private key to handle such a request.

Children and changes

Autotrade Company is not designed for children. Contact support if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
